Chicken Breasts In Cream Sauce Recipe


Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp lemon-garlic salad dressing
cream
tarragon

Dressing:

1 head garlic minced
equal parts olive oil and lemon juice
pinch salt
pinch ground stevia leaves or splenda
your herbs of choice. oregano works well

Cooking method:

  1. Whip dressing ingredients until creamy
  2. Place chicken and salad dressing into a baking dish
  3. Sprinkle with tarragon.
  4. Marinate for several hrs
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove chicken to a dish
  7. Pour pan juices into a sauce pan
  8. Place chicken back into baking dish
  9. Return to oven set on warm
  10. Add cream to pan juices
  11. reduce to a thick creamy sauce.
  12. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve
