Raspberry Milk Shake Recipe


Ingredients:

1 cup milk
3 ice cubes
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend at high for 1 minute.

This is very tasty and a great way to start the morning or it can be served as an incredible treat or dessert.


Ingredients:

1 teaspoon instant coffee

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend at high for 1 minute.

Ginger tea or Salabat


Ingredients:

2 Thin slices of fresh ginger
1 cup Boiling water
Sugar to taste

Procedures:
Steep fresh ginger slices in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Add approximately one teaspoon of sugar per
cup of water.

HOT CHOCO or Sikwati


Ingredients:
  
2-3 pcs of cocoa tablet “tabliya” (may depend on the size and number of servings)
4 cups of water
sugar
milk (optional)

Procedures:

1. Put cocoa tablet in hot boiling water.
2. Stir the mixture well, until the tabliya particles dissolved.
3. Add sugar to taste.
4. Add milk (optional).
5. Let it boil.
6. Serve immediately. It is best paired with puto maya (optional).

Black Gulaman


Black Gulaman Ingredients:
Serves 4.

To make the arnibal (syrup):
Boil six cups of water in a saucepan.
When it comes to boil, add four cups of brown sugar. Stir the mixture continuously until the sugar dissolved.
While stirring, simmer until the mixture thickens.

To make the drink:
Add about one and a half cup of arnibal into 750ml of cold (in a pitcher). Stir well.
Cut grass jelly into small thin cubes and add into the pitcher.
Best served cold, without ice.

Pandan Ice Tea


Pandan Ice Tea Ingredients:

1 gallon water
5 tea bags
3-4 pieces pandan leaf
2 pcs. panocha or
2-3 cups brown sugar
shaved ice


Pandan Ice Tea Procedures:

1. Boil the water, tea bags, pandan leaves and panocha or brown sugar together until aromatic and well-flavored.
2. Adjust sweetness as needed.
3. Strain the tea then cool. Serve with shaved ice and garnish with pandan leaves.
